About Clarity Health Coaching
Your wellbeing, your goals, your way.
A calm place to pause
Clarity begins with being heard

Clarity Health Coaching offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore what truly supports your wellbeing. My work is centred around helping people build clarity, confidence, and sustainable habits that support their physical, mental, and emotional health – without quick fixes, pressure, or restrictive approaches.
I believe that wellbeing is deeply personal. There is no single definition of balance, and no one-size-fits-all solution. Real change comes from understanding yourself – your values, your patterns, and what genuinely supports you in everyday life.
Through coaching conversations grounded in self-awareness, reflection, and evidence-informed practice, I support people in creating meaningful, lasting change that fits their life — not the other way around.
What I Believe
True wellbeing isn’t about willpower, rigid plans, or chasing perfection. It’s about building awareness, developing confidence in your own choices, and creating habits that feel realistic and sustainable over time.
My approach is rooted in:
Self-awareness over restriction
Real change starts with understanding yourself, not following rigid rules.
Understanding over judgement
A supportive approach that replaces judgement with understanding.
Progress over perfection
Small, sustainable steps matter more than quick fixes.

I work with people to help them reconnect with their own needs, identify what matters most to them, and take ownership of their wellbeing in a way that feels empowering and achievable.

My Background
My work in health and wellbeing has developed over more than 15 years across both private and public healthcare settings. I began my career in hands-on, practical roles including clinical sports massage therapy, personal training, Pilates instruction, and nutrition and lifestyle support. These experiences gave me a strong understanding of the physical body and the impact that movement, recovery, and daily habits have on long-term health.
Over time, my work expanded beyond physical outcomes alone. Supporting people through rehabilitation, prevention, and lifestyle change showed me that progress is rarely driven by information or instruction in isolation. What makes the greatest difference is understanding how someone thinks, feels, and responds to the pressures in their life.
This insight led me toward health and wellbeing coaching and to my current role as an accredited Health and Wellbeing Coach within the NHS. Coaching allows space for reflection, conversation, and awareness, rather than simply focusing on targets or prescribed plans. It supports people to recognise their own patterns, strengths, and motivations, and to make changes that are realistic and sustainable.
Alongside my professional experience, I also understand the realities of balancing health with work, family, and everyday responsibilities. This perspective shapes how I work with clients. My approach is calm, practical, and supportive, helping people create a personalised and holistic path to wellbeing that fits their life as it is now.

A Personal Perspective
How This Shapes My Coaching
By drawing on my background across multiple disciplines, I take a holistic view of wellbeing – considering mindset, movement, nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional health as interconnected parts of the whole. I don’t offer quick fixes or prescriptive plans. Instead, I work alongside you to create a personalised approach that reflects who you are, where you are now, and what you want to move towards. My role is to support, guide, and encourage – helping you build clarity, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.Get started
